View Full Version : Questionaire: chronic anxiety and/or insomnia medications and GERD
I would like to hear from anyone who takes medication for chronic anxiety and/or insomnia, if it is successful and how it affects your GERD. Please note I am not interested in cases of acute panic attacks, debates on addiction or informational articles or sites. I'd like to hear some first hand experiences. Thanks

i also stay awake very late almost 4 am chicago time,i dont really come on the comp during the day..i just have so much anxiety that i would rather stay up and sleep late, cause if i get up early i have to face a whole day..yes anxiety is terrible,it has you to the point where you stay up late cause you fear the next day...english rose gave me a link paniccenter.net great 12 step program going to try it out ..thats my 2 cents about anxiety..and anxiety and gerd are defintley togther same as ibs i had that last summer...anxiety always gives you something to complain about.

Hi Trailerman
I remember you saying your mother also had gerd, was wondering if she also has anxiety issues as well. Thanks
Wow DAW....here's another one I missed way back when. I can't believe I didn't post to this thread!
Anyway, as you know, I did in fact have anxiety that was handled by "mind-altering drugs" and it not only stopped my GERD symptoms but I also had the side benefit of a moderate case of Tinnitis taken down for the count. I thought I was dreaming at first when it went away, but then Hallsy and some other research showed me that this in fact had been reported before.
SO.........whooptee Dooo, eh? :p
G
ps......see ya at "chat nite" hopefully! ;)
