Hey guys,
This is Nick checking in. Post-op 1 year now from my second Nissen and feeling great. My first was made too tight. No more MEDS and no more HEARTBURN thanks to Dr. Barry Salky(Mount Sinai Med Ctr.-New York City, New York.) Anybody contemplating this surgery remember to find the most experienced surgeon as did I the second time around with Dr. Salky because the first time I had a surgeon that I thought was experienced, but I was wrong. He made my wrap way too tight and I could not swallow anything(foods and liquids). I had to be dialated 10 times in a year's span and it did not help one bit. I lost about 40lbs. and was so malnutrioned I thought I was going to die. Anybody wanting to e-mail me can do so. (E-mail address can be requested through webmaster@heartburn-help.com)
