Hello,
I have a couple of quick questions those with Gastritis.
- What are you daily/main symptoms of Gastritis ? How would you feel before and after you ate a meal ?
- How long have you had gastritis ? How was it diagnosed ? Is it healed ?
- What methods of medications (PPI's, H2 blockers, Antacids) did you find that worked best ?
- Any other meds that you took in conjunction with your stomach meds that helped the situation ? i.e. Antidepressents (which one?), Anti-anxiety (Xanax, etc .)
- Any natural remedies that seemed to help the healing process ? Digestive enzymes, Coral calcium, Live culture bacteria, other vitamins ?
- Was it possible to do excercise ? Treadmill, stationary bike, walking, running ? Did this help at all ?
Sorry for the long list of questions, but I have been suffering for over 9 months with this and I still don't seem to be getting that better. At the rate I am going at I should start to feel somewhat normal in 3 years but that just seem ridiculous to me. Does gastritis just take along time in some patients ? Any information or feedback would greatly be appreciated.
