I have had moderate personal success using activated charcoal for gas. I'm am an occassional sufferer of heartburn, and a more frequent sufferer of gas. I do believe that these are both pretty related. Anyway, when my troubles are more "gas" oriented, I find charcoal tablets to be pretty helpful. Any opinions on the topic?
