  • How I Accidently Stumbled Upon Help with My Acid Reflux?

In 1991, I started experiencing a very uncomfortable bloated feeling in my stomach area. Initially,
it appeared to me to be some sort of digestive problem related to food. The very first thing I tried
was adding fiber to my diet, with over the counter products such as metamucil, to aid my digestion.

I was desperate and wanted to find out how to get rid of this problem. As time went by, I started
avoiding caffeine, spicy foods and any thing that I thought was a contributing factor. That did not help,
the bloating and the fullness progressively got worse, and I reluctantly went to see a doctor. At that
initial visit, I was prescribed medication to help with the reduction of acid in my stomach area.

I won't mention the name of those pills, what I will say is those purple pills were very expensive and
I did not have health insurance at the time. Which meant, I could only afford to get a few pills at a time.
The medication gave me relief, when I was able to get them.

During a later visit to the doctor, he did an Upper GI endoscope procedure, (to examine my esophagus
and stomach area) that was when I was informed, and was shown via the Upper GI pictures, that there
was an ulcerated area at the opening where my stomach and esophagus meet. Until that point, I had
never associated ulcers with my acid reflux condition. Still the only real relief I got was when I took the
    purple pills

The Moment I Learned How To Get Rid Of Acid Reflux.

A few years later in 1994, my blood pressure had begun to be consistently high. To avoid being prescribed
prescription medication to control my blood pressure, I visited a herbal pharmacy, looking for a supplement
that could help manage my blood pressure.

That was the moment I literally stumbled onto a cure for my acid reflux. As I was browsing around the
pharmacy, I noticed a flyer on a display, that boldly stated these life changing words.

The flyer listed simple detailed instructions for me to follow for two weeks and stated that I would be cured of
my ulcers. I was instructed to eat a wedge of steamed cabbage a day with one of my meals for only two weeks.
I was determined to be open-minded about an acid reflux cure, so I followed the instructions to the letter. And to
my surprise and delight, all my symptoms were gone after two weeks.

That was 21 years ago, and I am so grateful that I was helped. Since then I have come to appreciate that there
are other natural remedies for acid reflux that can provide a permanent cure or relief.

I hope this is helpful to someone,
