Does anyone know or could a administrator or moderator help? Is there a minimum limit of post I have to produced in order to be granted this privilege? Thanks.

Private messaging is not a feature of this message board. We encourage users to interact in Public Areas, so that everyone can benefit.
It's also a good protection from spammers.
The Forum Rules prohibits:
5. Posting advertisements, solicitations of business or invitations to other forums;
6. Posting of personal information such as e-mail address, full name, mailing addresses or telephone numbers;
If you have a need for contacting some one personally, we can attempt to arrange that with their permission.
